My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit of a letdown with some issues, but once I switched, the airconditioning made things much better. A fridge and USB ports on sockets would have been nice additions. The service, especially from the bar manager, was exceptional. The location was convenient, but a bit distant from certain facilities and expensive taxis. The dining experiences varied, with some aspects needing improvement. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the Medina, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, were slightly small for our liking. The service provided by the staff was kind and attentive. However, the dining options were limited and could use improvement.
